The crew worked hard and were polite. They did their best to make sure everything was the way I wanted it. I have someone in a wheelchair so wanted to be pay extra attention to making the area very accessible. The yard looks fantastic and will be a wonderful place to relax and enjoy when when the weather is nice. I am very pleased with the service. I am actually going to have them come back and do more work in my front yard!

Having seen their work on a neighbor's house we called Scott to get an estimate on trimming trees, putting down mulch and doing a lot of basic yard clean up. This all included taking out one tree and trimming trees and bushes around our house, cleaning out brush and hauling away all of the debris as well as mulching and edging up our flower beds and around the property. Scott and his team were great. They came in and started early and finished by mid afternoon. When I walked around with Scott and asked if he could trim a couple of the trees a little more it was done immediately. Scott and his crew were very professional and left our house looking great. My husband and I have the highest praise for Scott Gifford and Outside Insight. Our landscaping project was much more than “plant a few bushes and create a few flower beds.” The land surrounding our new home had not been landscaped at all, except for the grading done during construction. We had a mountain--I do not exaggerate--of felled trees, a water drainage challenge (we built into a hillside; the house was secure but the land already showed erosion damage at the bottom of the hill out front), a driveway apron that threatened to erode, a forest of thistles and weeds--it was plain ugly and extremely daunting to us. More than one person looked at what we needed and shook his head.
Scot came in, calmly assessed the situation, proposed a plan that met our goals within our budget, and then carried through. The result is just fabulous. Through it all, Scott and his crew were easy to work with, reliable and dependable. And they cleaned up completely before they left.
